MDC leader Welshman Ncube over the weekend Attacked MDC-T leader Morgan Tsvangirai saying he was not fit to rule Zimbabwe and had showed signs by the way he handled his controversial love life.
Addressing party supporters in Silobela, Midlands province, Ncube said the way Tsvangirai failed to handle his love life following the death of his wife Susan died in 2009.
"Some of them want to convince you that they can lead this country but look at what they are doing in their households. They get this woman pregnant and pays lobola and all of a sudden they get engaged to a totally different woman," said Ncube in apparent reference to Tsvangirai.
'If you can't manage your bedroom affairs, how do you think you can run a country like Zimbabwe?"
Tsvangirai has made headlines in the past two years as his love life took centre stage. He has been linked with a number of women including a 22 year old Bulawayo woman whom he reportedly impregnated and tried to force her to do an abortion.
Last month, Tsvangirai got engaged to Elizabeth Macheka at a private function in Harare. The engagement attracted a lot of controversy as Macheka has strong links to Zanu-PF.
