Wife of ZANU PF Gwanda North legislature Madodana Sibanda has become the third ZANU PF senior person to fracture a leg in a "freak accident".

The wife of the legislature is reported to have missed a step as she was coming out of her house and seriously fractured her left leg. She is reported to be in a plaster that must take about two months to heal the leg.

A fortnight ago the Member of Parliament for Gwanda South and Minister of Provincial Affairs for Matebeleland South Abednico Ncube also suffered a fracture following a "freak accident" in Beitbridge. Some ZANU PF insiders have disclosed that Ncube's injury was a result of some violent pushing and shoving that went on in the meeting. Similarly, unconfirmed reports indicate that Mrs Sibanda's "freak accident" may just not have been an accident as reported by involved an element of a violent push.

Shortly before the July elections, former Gwanda senator Japhet Dube also had a "freak" car accident where he also suffered a fractured leg and is now walking with the aid of a walking stick. Some very superstitious party insiders have indicated that there are huge fights amongst senior members that there is a possibility there just could be some African Juju that is being thrown at each by the leaders.
