Gwanda Residents Association member Bekezela Fuzwayo has said Zanu PF minister were exposed on Friday when they were caught unaware and called to make reports on their ministries progress during congress that ended in Victoria Falls on Saturday.
"I have never seen ZANU PF Ministers as exposed as they were," he said. "Ten of them were called up to give a report back at the on going ZANU conference on what their various ministries had done in the last year. No wonder they avoid attending parliament question time. One after the other came up building castles in the air"
He said one of them even told the conference that they had build a bridge over Mtshabezi River in Matabeleland South presumably Gwanda but there is no such bridge built in Gwanda.
"Funnily enough the delegates from Mat South clapped hands to the hog wash. Minister of energy chewed his tongue and sweated for the five minutes he was asked to explain the electricity situation in the country. He sounded not only completely clueless on what needs to be done to sort the power problems but also clueless on what was actually causing the power problems," he said.
"Only Jonathan Moyo sounded knowing what he was talking about. He confirmed that there were only 5000 genuine doctorate holders in the country, the rest are fake and have $1 for 2 PHDs to use his words. He obviously didn't have to give examples nor name and shame some known ones."
Fuzwayo said Minister of trade went over the mountain claiming the reopening of several Bulawayo companies and how industry in Bulawayo was now beginning to boom, and delegates from Bulawayo shockingly busy cheering to that.
"Can't wait for the Minister of Psychomotor Training to tell us what the Ministry has done since it was set up and how much money it has spent since it was set up," he said.
