Binga and the curse against underdevelopment!!!

If there is a proper definition which defines underdevelopment, it is the one which explains underdevelopment as a situation where there is low economic activities, poor social service delivery such as health, unemployment and under employment, high illiteracy rate, perennial food shortage - high dependence ratio and poor accommodation.
In actual terms Binga can not escape such scrutiny as most of the above features defines its outlook.
The question which requires our intellectual input is what actually caused this legging behind to a district which is gifted with resources such as wildlife, minerals such as coal at Siachilaba, diamonds at Lubu mountains, Zambezi water with fish just to name a few.
Binga is also blessed with best brains in the world over.
Despite walking thousands of Kilometres to schools we discipline Zimsec. My argument is penciled on different dimensions which influenced Binga's underdevelopment such as deliberate historical neglection by colonialists,ts aggressive weather conditions, dependence theory and conspiracy theory.
I will not explain in depth about the above mentioned hearttaking reasons and unfortunates...... To be continued
