KweseTv PR must be clear to their clients

Sudden termination of KweseTv services to their customers came as a shock.
This move should have been communicated clearly to customers in understandable jargon as to whether this closure of channels is permanently or just for a given time.
As clients we feel deeply mistreated by our service provider and we need to be informed as a matter of urgency.
You should have utilized the TV stations or use SMS to notify clients concerned.
How long is this review going to take? Deprivation of consumers' rights is something Zimbabwean businesses have turned into a habit.
Kwese Tv please tell us when are you coming back. Or else if it the end of it then tell us what are we going to do with your gadgets.
