It is numbers not insults which rules in democracy

It is important to consider the relations between numbers and democratic government. Past election experience has demonstrated that the relation between numbers and politics is mutually constitutive: the exercise of politics depends upon numbers; acts of social quantification are politicized; our images of political life are shaped by the realities that numbers appear to disclose. If you fail to explore the specific links between democracy, as a mentality of government and a technology of rule, and quantification, majority numeracy and statistics. It should be accepted that democratic power is majority power, and requiring citizens who calculate about power.
The thank you rallies by both political parties showed the links between the promulgation of numeracy in Zimbabwean politics and programmes to produce a certain type of disciplined subjectivity in citizens. But they are serving nothing. The situation Zimbabwe is now in does not need any show of force. It does not need dancing to the gallery. Getting used to the Numbers are examined to demonstrate the ways in which the exercise of democratic government in Zimbabwe came to be seen as dependent upon the people you have in making up" the polity of a democratic nation. But Zimbabwe is just few months from elections it does not need thank you rallies. The two parties ZANU PF and MDC T are behaving like immature-children. Trying to out do each other in these rallies and boast of numbers.
The country needs production we still have five years to go why getting into campaign mood now. It shows the case of National Supremacy in the context of an argument that there is an intrinsic relation between political problematizations and attempts to make them calculate through numerical technologies. And it considers the ways in which neo-liberal mentalities of government depend upon the existence of a public habitat Democracy, in its modern mass liberal forms, requires people to make it happen and to make it to the state house. But we are already at state house. We need to thank our people by delivering. The unending rallies are counter productive.
The nation needs leaders who are focused. ZANU PF plans rallies throughout the country the costs of such rallies are not necessary. Chamisa does not want to be outdone. He calls for his thank you rallies. Again as like last time Chamisa busses people to Gweru. What thank you is this. He should be campaigning for the coming congress but he is busy playing the president.

The thank you rallies shows the specific links between democracy, as a mentality of government and a technology of rule, of law. and rule by majority It argues that democratic power is calculated power, calculating power and requiring citizens who calculate about power. The multitude showed the links between the promulgation of numeracy in our democratic system and programmes to produce a certain type of disciplined subjectivity in citizens and their allegiance to the party they love. The fruits of numbers was seen in 2018 as it demonstrated the ways in which the serious democratic government in the country came to be seen as dependent upon people.
Lets face it cdes. ZANU PF still has support and democracy is numerical. We as ZANU PF still have more years to Rule. Judging by today's support. We are in the driving seat. But we do not need to burden the people by dragging them to rallies everyday.
This is the time to sit down and organise the people. We need to hatch a way forward. We need progress not regress. These rallies should be stopped and we should use that money towards our development.
We should not view any descending voice as a a voice of a rebel. We must digest all views and analyse them.
We are in the driving seat. Please do not drive in the wrong direction.
Let Chamisa be enveloped in his rallies. ZANU PF has a country to run.
