Act on Didymus Mutasa now!
20 Jan 2015 at 10:06hrs | Views
It is high time that the revolutionary party, Zanu-PF fires the outspoken former Secretary for Administration, Didymus Mutasa, and then re-focus all energies towards national development. It is sheer waste of time to concentrate on this nothing to do personality who is poised for personal political aggrandizement as opposed to promoting national cohesion.
It is quite visible that Mutasa is a hypocrite that is not loyal to Zimbabwe as he claims. He is the waste dividing factor that can tear apart the national fabric. His action makes us all believe that his allegations of the being a former Rhodesian spy are truthful. Surely, how can he plot against national interest?
One more surprising aspect is that, Mutasa has become a darling of the private media all of sudden when he was the leading person in denigrating its role in our society. That is his maximum hypocrisy.
Nevertheless, it's high time that he should be fired to pave way for sanity to take precedence. We should bear in mind that we have ZIM-ASSET to pursue than to keep chasing nonentities like Mutasa at these trying times when we seek to turn around the national fortunes to benefit the populace.
It is high time that Zanu-PF Manicaland Province act expeditiously to take suitable steps to formalize the expulsion of this selfish failed politician. Zimbabweans are not impressed by the performance of this wayward citizen that is working with our erstwhile enemies to disrupt the normal functioning of our society. The links of his cabal to the US CIA agent, Mr Eric Little, is so disturbing. Honestly speaking, we cannot not afford the luxury of keeping such a thorn in the flesh, in the likes of this wicked chap, any more.
We need unity, peace and development for us to realize our Zimbabwean inspiration and aspirations!
