R40 million Dembare deal rejected
26 May 2017 at 10:12hrs | Views
Dear editor,
Dynamos board chairman Benard Marriot has rejected a R40 million buyout of Dynamos FC. The offer was made by a group of private investors is South Africa.
He quickly turned down the investor's representative before he could even offer the amount.
"Dynamos is not for sale, we will survive, we are good. We have lots of people who are trying to buy Dynamos but we are fine IWE!" thats what Marriot said while he was placed on the speaker in a boardroom full of investors.
The representative is a Zimbabwean businessman who tried to convince Benard Marriot by even also trying to convince Mr Marriot to opt for the shares option but he still blatantly refused without giving the guy a proper chance to negotiate a better option and offer.
The club has no money but these guys are refusing investments, all they need is just donations or sponsorship.
