Dear Applicant,Thank you for emailing VFS ZSP helpline, below is the response in relation to your enquiry Please note this updated communication received from the Minister of Home affairs states that we are no longer mandated to assist applicants who have not obtained a valid Dispensation of Zimbabwean number (DZP) and Dispensation of Zimbabwean permit (DZP). This includes applicants who have obtained acknowledgment receipts that were pending or rejected.

Thats the email reply i got from vfs yesterday when i was trying to get assistance on my dzp permit that is still pending in order for me to be able to apply for the zsp online, that's the treatment we are getting here in South Africa
