Today Zimbabwe marks three years after the demise of the country’s founding father former President Cde Robert Gabriel Mugabe, who died on this day in 2019.
Born on 21 February in 1924 at Kutama Mission in Zvimba communal lands in Mashonaland West province, Cde Mugabe has been described as a rare breed of patriotic revolutionaries who stood the test time, serving his country all his life.
