A political commentator Rita Moyo has warned the opposition political parties from accepting political nomads who she said are sent by the ruling Zanu PF to destroy the opposition from within.
"Zimbabweans be very careful of political nomads, they are paid to destroy opposition parties from within, they come in and form camps and start backing you, Samuel Sipepa Nkomo and Ian Makone are Zanu PF agents," Moyo said.
"When the MDC was still united him and others like Gabriel Chaibva worked hard in undermining (MDC-T leader) Morgan Tsvangirai in favor of the then Secretary General in the process creating conflict within MDC, on the other hand others like Mudzingwa, Isaac Matongo, Lucia Matibenga, Ian Makone, Dennis Murira, James Makore and Nelson Chamisa we busy informing Tsvangirai that Ndebeles wanted to take over the party, making them sworn enemies, some even misinformed Tsvangirai to an extent that he opposed any suggestion from the Secretary General."
Moyo said some few months after the split Sipepa Nkomo rejoined Tsvangirai in 2008.
"Both MDC parties tried to reunite ahead of elections something that could have easily gave Morgan an outright win Sipepa Nkomo lead a group of people that resisted the re unification of MDC handing victory to Mugabe indirectly," Moyo said.
