Jabulani Sibanda, ex-Zimbabwe National Liberation War Veterans Association chairman will have his day in court in May for allegedly insulting President Robert Mugabe.
The controversial politician is accused of insulted Mugabe at a rally in Mutare in 2014 saying power was not 'sexually transmitted'.
Thereafter, he was given his marching orders from ZANU-PF.
