America's award-winning gospel musician and pastor Travis Greene is set to rock South Africa this month.

The three-time Grammy Award nominee is set to headline the much-anticipated 2019 Spiritual Awakening Concert that returns to Sun Arena in Rustenburg on November 23.

The incredible line-up of 12 of gospel music's finest will take over the mining town for one amazing night of great live worship.

The start-studded roster of includes Nigeria's Tim Godfrey, Benjamin Dube, Khaya Mthethwa, Ntokozo Mbambo, Takkie Ndou, Lungi Ndala, Omega Khunou, Winnie Mashaba, Sbu Noah, Dr Tumi and Dumi Mkokstad.

"This year's line up is quite diverse and caters for every gospel music lover," said marketing and brand director, Morrel Shilenge.

The concert, whose maiden edition was last year, began with a vision to create a getaway experience event for music enthusiasts from all over the nation and the region.

"With 12 days to go, we have sold 95% of the tickets, and indications are that we will have a number of people come through from Botswana, Lesotho and Namibia," Shilenge said.

Joyous Celebration's Sbu Noah, who recently released his first album, said it was an honour to share the stage with world-class musicians.

"When I first saw the poster, I told myself I'd not take any gig on that particular day just to go and watch. When I was called I was really honoured to be part of such a massive line up," he said

Greene who launched his new album Broken Record two weeks ago said he was excited about coming to Africa.

"It's going to be so much fun. I cannot wait. I'm bringing new music – the Broken Record, but of course we're gonna do some oldies," he said in a promotional video posted on social media.
