An unnamed school headmaster from Mutoko  whose image has gone viral on social media after he was accused of steal maize cobs has been located in Harare.

The man was located by H-Metro Editor Larry Moyo who led the investigating team to the place.

Writing on Twitter Moyo said, "We're here in Jeksas, an area in Waterfalls Retreat (Harare) where the so-called Mtoko headmaster works at a private college. He is currently in class. Saw him collecting papers from room behind me."

Moyo further revealed that the man had confessed to the allegations and the matter was settled out of court with the maize owner to be compensated a few dollars."

The story was first broken by journalist Hopewell Chin'ono who said, "This story literally made me cry, it broke my heart. This School Headmaster was caught allegedly stealing maize in Mutoko. I am not here to justify a crime. But this points to what I say here daily, that State LOOTING has reduced professionals to an undignified human existence!"

Zimbabweans on social media have trying to locate the man so that they assist him with some finances.
