People might ask why does the NPC talks about Corona Virus. The welfare of the nation is my concern. The health of our people concerns me concerns the Commissariat too. ZANU PF is a caring party and it is the duty of any one to fight this virus.
This virus is serious and Zimbabweans must stop making jokes of this virus. This the time we need God and we need prayers than before. Honourable Matemadanda said Infections are spreading quicker and before we know it we will be all infected.  We need to set up a fund to protect the most vulnerable from outbreak these could be your parents relatives and indeed countrymen.

Our health system still has a huge shortfall -- and we urgently need to help plug the gap! If the virus goes viral here it could be impossible to contain it.

"Across the continent and beyond, governments on closed schools, sealed borders, cancelled top-flight cultural and sporting events and imposed tough social distancing measures.

Some declared a state of emergency. So this is not only peculiar to Zimbabwe. The whole world is fighting the pandemic so we as Zimbabweans we need to unite and fight this epidemic."

Meanwhile Maria Van Kerkhove, head of the WHO's emerging diseases unit, said it was impossible to say when the pandemic would peak globally. She stressed that countries should take a comprehensive approach. "Not testing alone," she said. "Not contact tracing alone. Not quarantine alone. Not social distancing alone. Do it all. Find, isolate, test and treat every case, to break the chains of transmission … do not just let this fire burn."

Honourable Matemadanda said together as Zimbabwe we will succeed against the unseen virus. We have conquered visible enemies and with our God and our ancestors guided by our president we will conquer the unseen Virus
