Shadowy pressure group Chapter 2 Movement has issued a statement demanding that Sandton based businessman Frank Buyanga Sadiqi be protected from powerful enemies who might use state resources to seek retribution against Buyanga for being the first whistleblower to expose the Dylish Nguwaya – Collins Mnangagwa link.

"Long before the Drax COVID 19 saga, the name Dylish Nguwaya had already been associated with Collins Mnangagwa, Buyanga named Nguwaya as a close companion to the Mnangagwa family in a complaint submitted to the Judicial Services Commission." The organization said. "Before this drama unfolded, President Emmerson Mnangagwa and his family were roped into a child custody fight with allegations pointing to the effect that the First Family wanted Buyanga arrested."

In April, Buyanga reported Mnangagwa's son, Collins, to the Judicial Service Commission (JSC),  accusing him of intimidating judges.

The businessman has been fighting to bring his four-year-old son to South Africa, in a bitter court battle that pitted him against the child's mother, Chantelle Muteswa.

The organization said they have information pointing that Buyanga's life might be in danger, because of the powerful enemies he is battling with.

"This threat was confirmed through a daring public message by Chantelle Muteswa's father in which he threatened Buyanga publicly. Frank Buyanga must be protected, we fear that he might be in danger as powerful people are now grouping together against him and using state resources to fight him.

"The letters by Buyanga to all relevant state organs must not be ignored as they are a plea for help, the nation should not turn a blind eye to the Buyanga case as it is central to understanding the Nguwaya - Mnangagwa link."

Buyanga is currently with his son in South Africa and the mother is hard on his heels pressing him to bring back the minor.

In a letter to JSC Buyanga had said, ""I have been furnished with evidence that one Collins Mnangagwa residing at Elshaddai Road in Glen Lorne Harare has been assisting Chantelle Muteswa in her shenanigans. As he is the son of the president (Emmerson Mnangagwa), I decided not to act against him as the president is an old friend of mine and would rather keep evidence of this abuse of office for a later stage."

Buyanga said in recent days, one Dylish Nguwaya, described as a close companion to the Mnangagwa family, has been communicating with the Justice Manzunzu  who is handling the matter."
