President Emmerson Mnangagwa's sons Emmerson jr and Collins are fighting for the control of foreign currency at the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe Professor Jonathan Moyo has alleged.

In a tweet on Thursday Moyo said, "Will Mnangagwa get his nephew Obadiah Moyo arrested for the #Covidscam by his son Collins; queenpinned by his wife Auxillia & fronted by his crony Nguwaya & leaked thanks to a family feud between Emmerson Jr & Collins over control of forex at RBZ? Or will Moyo escape like Gumbo?"

This is not the first time that the first family has been linked to the Reserve Bank.

In 2018 National Patriotic Front Spokesperson Jealousy was threatened with a $10 million lawsuit by the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe after alleging that illegal foreign currency traders were receiving money from Spartan Investments owned by Mnangagwa's son Tarirai David.

Through its lawyer, Gerald Mlotshwa, who is President Mnangagwa's son-in-law, the RBZ demanded that Mawarire retract his utterances or face a lawsuit.

Collins has also been linked to a tender scam involving one Delish Nguwaya.

Nguywaya and Collin's relationship was firstly exposed by Sandton-based businessman Frank Buyanga, who reported that the pair had compromised the judge who was presiding over his long-running cross border custody battle.

The Sandton based businessman released a hard-hitting complaint to the Zimbabwe Anti-Corruption Commission (ZACC) and the Judicial Service Commission, Buyanga registering his displeasure over the first family's alleged interference in his ongoing custody wrangle with his former lover Chantelle Muteswa.
