Mwakauno a jewel in the crown of the forest Kingdom

Would like to give all the accolades and add more feathers to the hats of the brains behind the popular and evergreen drama TUNGA.

The characters and their costumes are the real face of Africa and I think just knowing the forest and visiting the wilderness where 'Tunga' was shot would be a thrilling experience. I am sure my wandering and wondering mind is not alone on this trail.

Imagine gazing at the forest pond in which Tunga's mother bathed at the height of her mental derangement, casting eyes where the 'Zidyavanhu' spirit tempest swirled in pursuit of its victims.

The towering overrated palace guard Mudanhi and his bellowing voice threatening to obliterate any intruders and those who dare touch the King's son. Despite altered slots and intermittent power supplies, Tunga can drag you to another dreamland in another world.

Of course the equation would be incomplete without mentioning the vivacious and ever smiling Mwakauno whose grasp of palace issues makes her a jewel in the crown of the forest Kingdom. Her voice, sonic to those privileged to admire beauty has everyone following attentively.

Chiedza, Hezvo, Tunga the character and the 'boy king' Tumbwiti all were born actors. In fact every character did not miss a single step, if its perfection in acting, Tunga is the place to watch. Thank you Team Tunga.
