Zimbabwe army, police sued over lockdown brutality

A Karoi woman has sued the security forces for releasing a dog that mauled her while enforcing a COVID-19 lockdown.

Lucia Masvondo said she now feared that she contracted rabies and tetanus as a result of the dog bites.

Narrating her ordeal, Masvondo said on April 3 this year, at around 8pm, she was at home with three other women who live at the same house.
