'Africabet Zim are cheating on Zimbabweans in broad daylight' (customer complaint)

Good Morning Editor,
It will be great if you could carry this story for the benefit of everyone who usually bets their hard earned money and should deservedly win if they are supposed to.
On 7 July I placed a bet with Africabet on tennis handicaps and on that one particular match the bet won, but the whole slip didn't win. 8 July I bet again on tennis handicaps now my whole ticket is winning and then all of a sudden they say bet lost yet I can see all my matches won and to make it worse, one of them which they say is lost is identical to the one I won day before.
After numerous interactions with one of the employees and upon realising that there is a problem they just shut me up and said well that's what the service provider told us.
I am very worried about the inconsistency in that regard, if I can win on same conditions on one day and the next day I have lost, how many more citizens are just throbbing money down the drain because Africabet knows they will manipulate the system.
For evidence I will attach screenshots for the particular matches and for your interest here are the ticket numbers:
