Adrenalin named most outstanding advertising agency

Adrenalin Advertising and Design was named the most outstanding advertising agency in Zimbabwe at the recent Megafest Business Awards ceremony, where it was presented with the Megafest Award of Excellence for the Year's Most Outstanding Advertising Agency.

The award comes soon after Adrenalin chief executive Bester Zambuko, who founded the multi-award winning Adrenalin with his wife, Kareen, more than 15 years ago, was honoured earlier this year as runner-up for the Harare Chamber of Commerce 2013 Entrepreneur of the Year Award.

Each year Megafest presents awards to businesses judged to have excelled in their sector and to individuals judged to be among the top 20 outstanding men in business and the top 20 outstanding women in business. Its award to individuals will be announced on December 18.

The persons or organisations so honoured should have made a significant contribution to their industry and demonstrated continuing commitment to excellence and developing best practices and innovative strategies.

Megafest's vision in presenting these awards is to recognise high standards, service excellence and development within the Zimbabwean economy, according to its web-site.

The individual awards are made to honour business people who have contributed to the Zimbabwean economy and shown themselves to be visionaries behind outstanding businesses.

According to Megafest, winners of the awards exemplify the best in leadership and epitomise the core values of a successful leader such as strength, innovation, ingenuity, knowledge and foresight.

Adrenalin was presented with the Award of Excellence for the Year's Outstanding Advertising Agency at a ceremony at the Sango Conference Centre at Cresta Lodge in Harare. Agency accountant Rumbidzai Mateva and account manager Takudzwa Madzikanda received the award certificate and trophy on behalf of Adrenalin.
