Prophet Edd Branson nominated Businessman of the year

Harare based Clergyman and businessman Ambassador Edd Branson has been nominated as the outstanding businessman of the year at the Megafest top 20 business awards to be held on the 24 of November at the Rainbow Hotel in Harare.
Below is a message sent to Branson by Megafest:
You have been selected because you demonstrate business excellence and the highest standards of ethical conduct, integrity and civic and social responsibility. As you may know, many other businesses and individuals were also nominated and, because of the high calibre of the nominated individuals and companies, the Selection Committee deliberated long hours and gave careful consideration to all nominees. You and the other recipients stood out as leaders who exemplify ethical standards and behaviours such as excellent customer service/ service delivery, adherence to modern trends and laws/ women empowerment and professionalism.
The 34-year-old Branson has scooped several awards outside the country and this will be his maiden appearance on the Megafest nominees list.
In 2019 he became the first Zimbabwean to be appointed the director commissioner of African Culture Diversity and Entrepreneurship by the Global Diplomatic Council. The position has been previously, held by great leaders and personalities such as Archbishop Desmond Tutu, former president of Tanzania Jakaya Kikwete, Dr. Margaret Kigoz, John Momo who is the chairman and founder of Channels Television, Bill and Melinda Gates, Koffi Annan Foundation, African Development Bank among others.
In April 2019 Branson received an honorary doctorate from The Global Academy of Social Sciences of India the doctorate was for his Philanthropy and Humanitarian Leadership work.
He was also one of the two people honoured by the World Business Leaders' Summit hosted by His Royal Highness H.E Rashid Farooq Al Arshi in Dubai.
Branson was also accorded the title Ambassador for WHAF (World Habitat Ambassador Forum). WHAF works in conjunction with the United Nations to provide sustainable housing for marginalized people all over the world. This prestigious accolade places him in the hall of fame making him the 15th person in the world to receive this title.
The Megafest business awards were founded by Dr. Matsika and have been running consistently for over a decade.
