The Festival is a brainchild of Mr Butshilo Nleya who is the Festival Team Leader along with his two captains and partners in arts Mr Tswarelo Mothobe and Mr Vusa Mkhaya.
The Festival comes at a time when Cultural Tourism and Arts appreciation are on the rise and it aims at staging quality entertainment, workshops and activities for paying audiences and thus creating employment opportunities for the arts sector.
