Addressing cadres at Zapu cadre development programme where he was invited to motivate Bongani Ncube said "We have always believed that there are extra ordinary people out there to solve our problems or lead us in our struggles while we don't realise that we can do it ourselves I also believed that but later when people started telling me that I am extra ordinary I realised that no one is extra ordinary.

The difference between those we think are extra ordinary and us is that they believe in themselves and we believe in them. Lets believe in ourselves and we will discover that some things are not as difficult as we think.

Today our country is at war, I am saying is at war because there is no peace and silence is not peace, our people are not quite they are silenced.

Our country is quite because those on the other hand have no weapons, but in their hearts they are fighting. We are living in a country where people are told to vote for a party in order to get land How can I sell my vote to get what rightfull belongs to me?.

Asked by the audience that since he has released a controversial album War of Peace, will he ever go to Zimbabwe? Mr Ncube said.

"Yes I will go I also belong to that country like everyone else who is a citizen,no one is a better citizen than me and no one has more rights to call that country his than the other.

If my album offends other people I apologise for saying what I see, I apologise for telling what everyone says is the truth. If someone arrest me I will go to jail if he kills me I will die but while I am still alive I will not stop saying it as it is.

Lastly I would like to say to you we are not fighting to become heroes or to be called heroes, we are fighting to liberate our people from their own leaders. To fight for that country doesn't mean we own it or we own its people.

The country belongs to the people and the people belong to the country. We are in this mess today because of people who think that being in the forefront of our liberation struggle they now own the country and its people and nobody is allowed to say no to them.

Ukuthi ugijima kakhulu esikolo ulejubane ushiya abanye akusho ukuthi iground isingeyakho Iground ihlala ingeyesokolo.

No country is owned by individuals or a certain political party The country belongs to every citizen
