The new feature film 'Chameleon,' written and directed by Tapfumanei Chimboora is now available on the big screen at various local theatres.
Chameleon explores issues such as betrayal, unfaithfulness and infidelity in families.
The script writer, Chimboora believes the film will play a vital role in shaping the society by exposing the dangers of infidelity.
The film, which is written in Shona and English, made its debut at this year's International Images Women Festival.
The one and half hour long film features ZBC's SFM producer and presenter, Tafadzwa Bvocheko who plays the role of Mr James' second wife, Afro jazz musician and guitarist, Pablo Nakappa who stars as Mr James and vocalist, Tenda Zvaitwa 'Lipsy' Chitimbe.
The film also features Getrude Jaricha of SFM, Elizabeth Gulugulu, Norman Muvavarirwa, two university graduates and a Form 1 student, Chelsea Hughes.
It is hoped that with enough support for the industry, Zimbabwean films can compete fairly on the local and international box office circuit.
