Tsholotsho King reigns supreme

One way or the other, the Tsholotsho King will certainly reach dizzy heights if its debut album Ngibagwaza Ngobhoko is anything to go by.

The barrier-breaking album is the first in MMMP; Mthethuyahlupha Mazenge Music Production which currently has 9 artists under its stable.

Ngibagwaza Ngobhoko was officially released at the Hillbrow Theatre on the 5th of July amid much fanfare, it has been hugely accepted beyond expectations. Recorded at Integrity Records, the thriller album was produced by Inkeshemba Mazenge Ndlovu and composed by the Tsholotsho King himself. The mastering done at the much revered Tukk Studios was definitely the icing on the cake for this block-buster album.  
Outstanding tracks include: Sidiliza Umthangala, Ngibagwaza Ngobhoko, Amaqabane, Besiyizulela, Yimi Inkosi and Bashayeni.

"In Amaqabane, I would like to thank all the comrades who put their lives in danger for our freedom and independence, the resting and the living they did a splendid job befitting heroes. In Sidume Ngayo, I would like to thank the followers who have been encouraging me a lot especially after the release of Niyoshelwa  Amazwi as Isbanesinamandla, I dedicate this song to them, I'm where I am because of them" said the Tsholotsho King.  


"Liyengandoda is set to advise women to be loyal and be patient as changing men now and then is a proven recipe for disaster. I'm also challenging young men in Ntombi to be real gentlemen: observe and cherish the natural beauty  of ladies rather than doing unethical deeds like raping old women and toddlers.
Izulu is a gospel track special made for christians, I am encouraging them to remain determined in their religion and reap the rewards of their faith," added the Ts King.

Born Brilliant Dube, the Maskandi sensation released his debut album as Isbanesinamandla last year titled Niyoshelwa Amazwi. He is set to release again as Isbanesinamandla in October and as the Tsholotsho King in April every year.

The Tsholotsho King is an all-rounder, he composed all the songs, leads the vocals and also plays the lead guitar.
