Mlambosi Express murder accused skips bail absconds court.

Bishack Isaac, the Somalian National who shot and Killed Mlambosi Express Band singer and dancer Thuthani "Super Star" Ndlovu also known as MaBharetha today failed to attend court.

His Lawyer told the Magistrate that he last spoke to him a while before court reminding him to appear in Court. He says since then he has not spoken to him. The Lawyer and the Interpreter sat calmly in the Court as if they were aware that he was not coming. They did not bother looking around or be seen trying to call Bishack or even show that they are worried or concerned about the absence of their Client.

When the Lawyer was asked about the where abouts of his Client by the Magistrate, he made it clear to the Court by his actions that he has got no interest, objections or anything what so ever to do with this case anymore. To him this case seems to be closed and mission accomplished.

The court was postponed to the 2nd of April case Bishack is caught before then. The Lawyer once again showed no interest to attend this Court date. He asked the Prosecutor to call him if Bishack is Caught. A warranty of arrest has been issued and the bail has been cancelled. Bishack was expected to bring his Witnesses but his Lawyer explained to the Court that Bishack failed to come up with even one Witness. He thinks that is why he ran for his life.

Speaking after the court, the band manager Thabani Ndlovu said that the band will be talking to the Investigating Officer to allow us to publish his photo on their Facebook page and News Papers in case their fans see him in their countries or areas .

"As Mlambos is a big Family and we are all over the World and we know that if we publish his picture someone will see him and report to the police.
