THE thugs who attacked Thabang Racekisa (36) didn't take his cellphone.
But they took his special knobkerrie!
Daily Sun reported that Thabang, from Tambo section, Westonaria told Daily Sun he's defenceless without his knobkerrie.
"Evil is lining up to attack me," said Thabang. I have been robbed of my protection against tokoloshes, lightning and other evils. I feel undressed. I used to talk to my knob-kerrie, but now it's gone."
Thabang said he was attacked on 16 December by a gang of thugs who almost killed him. They left his cellphone but grabbed his knobkerrie.
The knobkerrie, which cost R2 500, was covered with expensive muthi known as lesapo.
"I was coming from a party. If I was sober, I would never have let them take it. The muthi of the knobkerrie makes me strong so that I can fight and never lose," he said.
He said a tokoloshe is starting to take chances already.
"On Thursday it came to my bed in the form of an undressed woman. I sent it away thinking it was my girlfriend wanting to have some fun," he said.
"When I asked her the next morning she said she never came to my room during the night. We know it was a tokoloshe."
Sergeant Linkie Lefakane confirmed two suspects were arrested for assault.
She said they were still looking for four other suspects.
