Mthwakazi Academic College an educational institution founded to help people of Mthwakazi acquire educational qualifications has finally been opened according to a senior official.

The institution is based in South Africa.

In  notice to prospective students, college's chief Executive Officer Dr Mpiyesizwe Churchill Guduza said the doors of learning are finally open at Mthwakazi Academic College (MAC).

"We are delighted, as this great institution of historic proportions embarks on an uncharted journey with optimism, dedication and absolute commitment to efficiency and effectiveness considerations. It is therefore my great pleasure on behalf of the people of Mthwakazi, to welcome you to this great people's institution. It is indeed a very special occasion, witnessed by the smiling Gods, in view of the resilience that we endured for such a long time under conditions of serfdom and savageness, to be able to rise again full of confidence in charting our own destiny and future through education," Guduza said.

"The establishment of this MAC makes a clear distinction between subjugation and freedom. It is on these terms that your attention is cordially drawn to the attached Registration Information which should help you complete the enrollment process ONLINE with immediate effect. We truly hope that you will share in the vision of MAC - and support its development as a cornerstone of a new reality that seeks nothing else, but the freedom and development of all the marginalised people of this world."

He said such support should result in the establishment of Satellite Centres in most of Africa, including in Bulawayo, Gaborone, and at the heart of the colonial mind, London.

"Wishing you the best academic discourse, intellectual development and interrogation at MAC in the years ahead," he said.
