Professor Ncube appointed ZOU acting Vice Chancellor

Zimbabwe Open University (ZOU) pro-vice chancellor (academic affairs) Professor Alfred Champion Ncube has been appointed as the institutions acting Vice Chancellor.
The appointment follows the death of the first woman Vice Chancellor for ZOU and Zimbabwe , Professor Primrose Kurasha who died in February.
She was 58.
She was also the chairperson of Distance Education Association of Southern Africa (DEASA), executive board member on the African Council for Distance Education (ACDE), and sat on the Sadc-ODL Project Steering Committee.
Prof Kurasha held: Ph.D (Potchefstroom, SA), MBA (Bridgeport, USA), BBS (Hons) UZ and Cert. Dist. Ed. Pract (UNISA)
