A hit-and-run accident on the Harare-Bulawayo Road in Nkayi claimed the life of an unidentified man on November 23, 2024. The motorist responsible fled the scene without stopping, leaving the victim to succumb to his injuries instantly.
The deceased, believed to be around 27 years old, was wearing a blue jean, a navy-blue shirt, one black tennis shoe, and a brown sun hat at the time of the incident. Nearby, investigators discovered a broken white car fender stained with blood, suggesting it belonged to the vehicle involved.
