Chillmaster banned from driving
2 hrs ago | Views

Zimdancehall musician Kudakwashe Gift Hombarume, better known by his stage name Chillmaster, has been banned from driving for nine months after a court reviewed his initial sentence.
The ruling was handed down by a Mbare magistrate following a directive from Judge President Mary Zimba-Dube.
Chillmaster was convicted in May on charges of culpable homicide and driving without a licence. At the time, he was fined US$200 for driving without a licence and sentenced to 210 hours of community service for culpable homicide.
The revised judgment, however, imposed an additional penalty — disqualifying the chanter from driving for the next nine months.
Chillmaster, who has gained popularity in the Zimdancehall scene for his energetic performances, has not publicly commented on the ruling.
