Chicken breeder arrested

A city chicken breeder has been arrested for possession of unregistered medicines which he claimed to be using for fattening of day old chicks.
Steven Paimer (24) was taken to Harare Magistrate court for contravening the sections of the Medicines Allied Substances Control Act.
The court was told that on June 3 this year detectives from the CID Drugs and Narcotics Harare received a tip that the accused had illegal drugs.
They visited this house and conducted a search at his Lest Talk Chicken Shop in Chitungwiza where they recovered the drugs. This led to his arrest.
