Bond notes billboard mistake, PR company apologises

Askeland Media, Public Relations company contracted to produce the billboards for the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe's bond notes has offered its apologies over failure to spell correct the words 'remitance'.
RBZ releases the new bond notes to the public through the banks today (Monday) and has published billboards and specemen of the notes to make the public aware of its features.
On the billboards the word remittance is wrongly spelt as 'remitance'.
In a media statement, Askeland Media & Advertising said, "Askland Media & Advertising would like to apologise unreservedly to the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe Governor, Dr John Mangudya and The Central Bank for the embarrassing spelling mistakes that appeared on billboard advertisements arected in Harare last week.
The errors had nothing to do with the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe and we sincerely regret any harm this might have caused to the reputation of the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe.
"The errors have been duly corrected."
