Newly commissioned Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) vehicles worth $1million are fast become death traps.
This week, two known accidents, one fatal involving the vehicles where recorded.
A Hwange ZRP Ford Ranger was involved in an accident Tuesday at Umguza Bridge close to a tollgate along the Victoria Falls road.
On another accident claimed three suspected police officers when a Scania truck veered off the road and overturned along the Binga-Cross Dete Road
In October, two buses, 25 Ford Ranger single cab trucks and 28 traffic enforcement Ford Fiesta B-Cars where commissioned.
