Fidelity unveils 12 000 housing stands

Diversified conglomerate Fidelity Life Assurance (Fidelity) is set to put 12 000 residential stands on the market from its Langford Estate development as the company moves to help bridge the country's 1.5 million housing backlog.

Fidelity chairperson Fungayi Ruwende said the group which has also carried out residential stands developments in Harare's Manresa and South View suburbs is also expecting to get good returns on the new venture.
