IT'S hot in hell's kitchen!
A woman beat up and bit her husband's hand during an infidelity row and now she regrets her actions because he has hit the road.
Nkululeko Mhlanga left his matrimonial home in Bulawayo's Old Magwegwe suburb after his hand developed complications as a result of his wife Primrose Manyonga's bite.
Manyonga told B-Metro that she didn't expect her rod of anger to go as far as it did.
"I do not really know what transpired because the way I bit him and the way his hand got swollen just puzzles me," she said.
Since then, her in-laws have shut the door on her.
"His relatives took him away and up to now they have not communicated with me," she said.
Manyonga added that they have been having problems as a couple but now the picture being painted is that she's a bad person. Worse her husband's girlfriend now stays with her mother-in-law in Nkayi.
"We have always had problems in our relationship, but now I'm viewed as a bad person because even his relatives do not want to see me," said Manyonga.
However, Mhlanga said he left for the sake of his life which was in danger.
"Primrose is very violent and she even follows me to work my workplace and embarrasses me in front of my colleagues. This woman has always been violent and I have had enough.
"Recently she bit me on the hand and I went to the hospital. I just want peace in my life and don't want my children to grow up in such a violent environment," he said.
He concluded by saying everything started with his wife's insecurities.
