Boyfriend overstays welcome

ONE night equals seven months!
A man who had gone for a one-night sleepover at his girlfriend's place has now clocked seven months. But it's a record that his girlfriend Auxillia Dube is not amused of.
It all began when Samson Mandiyambira was invited overnight and became too comfortable. He would give excuses as to why he was still at the place but when Dube angrily told him to leave she would get a sound beating.
The only way left for Dube to get her overstaying boyfriend to leave was to approach the courts.
"Samson had come to my place as a guest for a night and he came up with excuses for not leaving. We stayed together for seven months.
"It became terrible as every time I asked him to leave, he would beat and insult me. I then realised that my life was in danger as he always threatened to kill me," said Dube.
She added that Mandiyambira had even developed a habit of stealing from her.
Mandiyambira did not dispute the allegations leading Western Commonage magistrate Tancy Dube to rule in favour of Auxillia.
