A Marondera married man with suspected penile warts has resorted to washing the affected area after every two hours for the past 12 months.
This is meant to contain the odour coming from his private parts. Lincoln Chingwaru, 31, regrets cheating on his wife of six years after securing a job at a plot near Dzivaresekwa Extension where he had a one night stand with a hooker and engaged in unprotected sex.
"I am in a terrible state brother, if you don't mind I can show you mhopo dzakazara panhengo yangu," said Lincoln.
"Ndirikufamba nechitini chemvura yekugeza kuitira mweya unobuda for the past year after I had sexual intercourse with a woman I met at a plot kupurazi kwaSam Levy uko. "I was living faithfully with my family in Waterfalls where I was a gardener and I left there after my employer failed to pay my wages for six months.
"I have two kids aged 6 and 2. I confessed to my wife since the problem directly affects our marriage.
"I have decided to separate with my wife; it will hurt my feelings if she cheats when I am certain that I am failing to sexually satisfy her. "The big problem I am facing right now is to get money for treatment, I once visited a hospital and I failed to get funds they demanded," said Lincoln.
Chitungwiza Central Hospital CEO Dr Obadiah Moyo yesterday said medical experts could only establish the type sickness after examining the patient.
"We need to examine the patient to establish the sickness.
"You can refer him here to Chitungwiza Central Hospital so that he gets help," Dr Moyo said.
