The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in conjunction with its sister Organisation, the Central Intelligence Organization (CIO) is busy compiling a list of diplomats perceived to be "foot soldiers" of ousted former Vice President Emmerson Mnangagwa.
The move is calculated at crippling the former crocodile's efforts to plot a coup from outside Zimbabwe with the assistance of foreign governments and his allies deployed in Zimbabwean Embassies dotted around the globe.
It was very likely that most Zimbabweans could back Mnangagwa's planned coup as they are tired of the economic meltdown in Zimbabwe.
Addressing thousands of apostolic sect members during what was termed a "Supper Sunday Rally", in the capital, Grace described Mnangagwa as a liquidator and ravisher whose coup plots could be traced back to 1980. President Mugabe had on several times warned his former Deputy to desist from having a grand design to seize power unconstitutionally.
Since 1980, the former Mugabe's blue eyed boy has been assigning his relatives and allies to various Zimbabwean Diplomatic Missions, most of them held diplomatic ranks ranging from First Secretary, Counsellor, Minister Counsellor to Ambassador.
Efforts to get a comment from the newly appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs, Walter Mzembi on the planned recalls were fruitless.
Sources at Foreign Affairs said all Zimbabwean Embassies are manned by spy agents or relatives of Zanu (PF) bigwigs who are accredited as Foreign Affairs Diplomatic Personnel in their various countries of deployment.
These so called 'diplomats' are playing a key role as agents for diamond smuggling and other underhand deals under the guise of bursting sanctions imposed on Zimbabwe by US and its Western allies.
The majority of them are very rich driving top of the range vehicles and staying in leafy suburbs of Harare.
The Zimbabwe Foreign Ministry recruits people with pre-existing links and the process is long and winding where the one being recruited is researched on to verify suitability for the job.
The latest move to recall diplomats perceived to be working in cahoots with the former Vice President comes immediately after all the 10 provinces have submitted names of Mnangagwa's acolytes to the Politburo for consideration for expulsion from the party.
