Cop sodomises suspect at gunpoint

A Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) Officer-in Charge in Kadoma has been suspended after he allegedly sodomised a suspect at gunpoint during midnight on Sunday, Bulawayo24.com has learnt.

According to reliable sources Inspector Ndlovu from Eiffel Flats station allegedly sodomised a suspect at gun point after force marching him to his house.

"Inspector Ndlovu was suspended at work after he reportedly sodomised a suspect over the weekend.

"After the whole episode the victim stormed the charge office weeping while Ndlovu followed in underwear.

"Ironically, Ndlovu was arrested and put in cells by a constable identified as Cst Gono on the date in question, despite threatening to shoot cops on duty with a pistol," revealed the source.

Ndlovu appeared before Kadoma magistrate on Monday (yesterday) and was remanded in custody, though the date when he is coming back in court is not yet known by this reporter.

Contacted for comment ZRP national spokesperson, Senior Assistant Commissioner Charity Charamba said she is yet to receive the case.

Meanwhile, Ndlovu is well-known by his colleagues for his shenanigans since he was transferred from urban Kadoma to rural on gay grounds.
