The son to late ZANU PF war veteran Edison Zvobgo, Munyaradzi scoffed at President Emmerson Mnangagwa yesterday during MDC Alliance march in Harare. Zvobgo said people attended the electoral reforms march voluntarily while Zanu-PF always bus people to their events.
Addressing protesters at Africa Unity Square today Zvobgo who did not have any kind words for the Zimbabwean president said the mass will remove him if he does not agree to reforms.
"I feel pity for Mnangagwa if he tries to copy what President Chamisa has done because he will run out of cash from his bank account bussing people coming here, people come voluntarily not to be driven to the deep tank like cattle," bellowed Zvobgo.
Zvobgo also denounced war veterans who support Mnangagwa the likes of his special advisor Chris Mutsvangwa and Victor Matemadanda who worked tirelessly in removing former president Robert Mugabe.
"The country is not for Matemadanda and Mutsvangwa the war veterans did not fight for Mnangagwa and Mutsvagwa, war veterans fought for the voice of the people.
He further accused Mnangagwa of stealing the people's voice and threatened to remove him if reforms are not implemented.
"Mnangagwa stole the voice of the people hence l am going to say no one is going for elections if reforms are not implemented," he said.
Zvobgo closed his remarks by chanting the MDC slogan and denouncing Mnangawa before thanking the nation.
"Ndatenda Zimbabwe Chisa mbama chisa pasi naMnangagwa!"
