Mavhaire fined $20 for refusing to be subpoenaed

Former Energy and Power Development Minister Dzikamai Mavhaire has been fined $20 by Harare Magistrate Hosea Mujaya for refusing to be subpoenaed in court.
He is expected to appear as a state witness on the 15th of April.
He is expected to testify in a case in which he allegedly received a $10 000 bribe from Wicknell Chivayo when he was Energy and Power Development Minister.
Mavhaire also allegedly sat in meetings where deliberations about Intratek took place when he knew he was conflicted.
