A Seke man is living in fear after his employee left a swarm of bees in his homestead.
The bees are allegedly causing mysterious activities within the homestead with a house burnt to ashes and a dog bitten to death.
Muuya Lancelot from Kuora Village in Seke, Chitungwiza told this publication that his employee only identified as Collen kept bees in his house.
He said he suspected that the bees were used for mysterious activities instead on making honey.
"This boy used to stay with these bees in his house. Ayingoti nyuchi dzacho ndedzematare. (He usualy said the bees were used for traditional activities). What then worries me is that my house was burnt to ashes just like that while the bees attacked and killed my dog.
"To make matters worse the boy left two weeks ago living them behind and am leaving in fear for I don't know what they will do next", said a Muuya in a clearly worried voice.
Muuya said he reported the matter to the police who advised him to approach members from the Wildlife and National Parks whom he said were no co-operative.
Efforts to get a comment from Colleen when in vain as his mobile number could not be ascertained.
