The corruption charges laid against the Kwekwe Messenger of Court (MOC) Energy Pedzera continue to worsen as more victims emerge.
New information obtained by this publication indicated that during the last week, four new victims lodged complaints against the MOC.
Sources close to the ongoings at the court claimed that one Mrs Hlaisi of Kwekwe lost her house through unprocedural means when the MOC deliberately 'cooked ' a bona fide certificate which has not been filed with Cleck of Court todate.
It is alleged that MOC did not serve any process to the defendant (Mrs Hlaisi)'s residence but filed wrong information that she did not have any attachable property, hence the 'cooked' bona fide certificate.
In other similar cases, MOC stand accused of diviating victims' property to personal use resulting in them losing value.
Furthermore, a whistleblower claimed that the latter had not been remitting tax to zimra as per procedure.
Meanwhile, the Anti-corruption Trust of Southern Africa has on numerous occasions wrote to the Zimbabwe Republic Police, Zimbabwe Anti Commission and the Judiciary Service commission calling for investigations on the allegations.
