Messenger of court abuses office

Kwekwe Messenger of Court continues to steal the limelight as he now stands accused of abuse of office for corrupt ends.
Mr Energy Pedzera, Kwekwe Messenger of Court, is this time accused of deliberately carrying out a secret auction involving only a few individuals within his circle.
This follows a sale in execution advert which indicated that the sale would be held on Friday 3 February 2023 at 10:00 at the Messenger of Courts offices at the Social Welfare complex.
However, the venue was secretly changed on the last minute and conducted at Freeacam building behind closed doors.
It is further alleged that only a few selected individuals were tipped and ferried to the new venue leaving many potential biddiers behind.
Sources claimed that Mr Pedzera wanted to rig the auction for his favoured cabal.
The sale in execution related to Noberg Investments Pvt Ltd vs Vigilant Resources Pvt Ltd KKGL 201/22 and Tedstone lnvestments Pvt Ltd vs Vigilant Resources Pvt Ltd KKGL 246/22.
Contacted for comment, Mr Pedzera professed innocence in corruption charges laid against him saying it was a fight from his deputy who was fired.
"This Mutambudzi who is trying to resurrect dead cases I fired him from work in February. He committed serious abuse of office cases. Now he is using you to fight me. It's very unethical to say the least. However, on your question, I wish to inform you that the Auction was conducted at Messenger of Court as indicated on the Advert and was supervised by Resident Magistrate. He knows it this Mutambudzi but he is choosing to lie. Lies have short legs"
Meanwhile, the Kwekwe Messenger of Court said he is forwarding his complaint to VMCZ on the previous articles by this publication accusing him of being Corrupt.
