Tshabangu refile appeal

Senator Sengezo Tshabangu and Senator Nonhlanhla Mlotshwa have confirmed the withdrawal of their previously filed notice of appeal in respect of Harare High Court case number 5606/24. 
The withdrawal came with the customary tendering of the wasted costs incurred due to a clerical error in the service address.
The error, which has since been corrected, resulted in the original appeal being withdrawn. Consequently, the appeal has been (re)served and (re)filed with the proper documentation.

In simpler terms, for clarity and to avoid any doubt, the judgment and the entire order of Justice Wamambo have been appealed against, and the appeal is currently pending before the Supreme Court of Appeal. There are reasonable, if not definite, prospects of success for the appeal.
