Plumtree-based traditional healer Trevor Moyo (40) was convicted for selling fuel without a licence today.
Moyo was sentenced to one month in prison but was lucky to escape jail after the magistrate Joshua Nembaware ordered him to pay $100 fine.
Prosecutor Selestine Madziwa told the court that on February 9 the police received a tip-off that Moyo was selling fuel without a license.
The police pounced on his tuckshop and found the fuel before arresting him.
