Chiwenga's wife to judge Miss Universe 2025 in Thailand

Colonel Miniyothabo Baloyi Chiwenga, national chairperson of the Miss Universe Zimbabwe Organisation, has been selected as one of the official judges for this year's Miss Universe pageant in Thailand.

The announcement, made in Bangkok ahead of the grand finale on Saturday, marks a significant milestone for Zimbabwe, reinforcing the country's presence on the global pageantry stage.

Colonel Baloyi-Chiwenga will join a prestigious panel of international industry experts, fashion executives, former beauty queens, and cultural ambassadors tasked with selecting the next Miss Universe from a competitive field of over 80 contestants.

Her appointment has been widely celebrated as recognition of her leadership, professionalism, and influence within the pageant industry, highlighting Zimbabwe's growing footprint in international beauty and fashion circles.
