Kapfupi divorces wife for sleeping around

Zimbabwean comedian Kapfupi, real name Freddy Manjalima, has confirmed that his marriage to Mai Nga has ended. The announcement comes amid reports that the couple has gone their separate ways.

In an interview, Kapfupi said he wants Mai Nga to be the first to explain publicly why their marriage failed. He hinted that infidelity played a role in the breakdown of their relationship.

“She is the one who has the reason as to why she ran away from me,” he stated.

Kapfupi also revealed that he possesses detailed evidence regarding his wife’s alleged affairs and claimed he is prepared to present the information in court if necessary. “I have everything about her cheatings and the names and details of her boyfriend,” he said.

He added that the alleged boyfriend has threatened legal action, but Kapfupi insisted he is ready to defend himself without a lawyer. “To the public I say I do not need any lawyer, ndichazvimiririra ndega, I will stand in court on my own,” he declared.

The comedian’s statements suggest the couple’s split was fraught with personal disputes, though he refrained from giving a full account until Mai Nga speaks publicly.
